The location of the hotel is exceptional, being in a perfect place near the beautiful Wolfgangsee. the rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-furnished, making for a pleasant stay. the breakfast buffet is delicious and starts the day off right. the friendly and helpful staff make you feel welcomed and taken care of.
Some guests experienced a lack of communication at reception, which affected their overall experience.

We had a lovely romantic escape at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-maintained, offering a comfortable atmosphere for our stay. The location was also perfect, being close to the beautiful lake and providing easy access to scenic walks and hikes. Another advantage we enjoyed was the delicious food served at the hotel's restaurant, offering a range of tasty options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
We experienced some issues during our stay. The staff seemed unfriendly and unwelcoming, which put a damper on our overall experience.

Great breakfast and lunch served daily with delicious local cuisine. the hotel's proximity to the lake made for great lake views from our room, and we enjoyed being close to the town center for easy access to shops and restaurants.
We were made to feel unwelcome and uncomfortable, and the check-in experience left a bad taste in our mouths.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they all spoke English very well. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the rooms were comfortable and well-furnished. The breakfast buffet was fantastic, providing a great start to our day. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to transportation and close proximity to beautiful sights.
